Ari and Teo are two boys whose sole wish is to explore the world around them. In front of the boys there is always an adult who seems to want to bother them. Their curiosity takes them to a garden full of possibilities for games; but the Giant who lives there does not like to share.
This is a version of Oscar Wilde’s story with the same title, mixed with the Italian pedagogue and drawer Tonucci’s objective of creating spaces for children and the importance of playing as a bond between adults and children.
The company Ñas Teatro, from Madrid, is formed by Paula Portilla and Manolo Carretero, who have been creating projects for families and children since early childhood for 20 years. Their personal style of building and telling stories focuses on every day subjects inspired by life itself, bringing theatre closer to families and allowing them to enjoy and share the experience together.
